The reality

You ship to production on day 1 - thats our onboarding. Youll own features on apps with 100M+ downloads, debug real user crashes, and your work is tracked daily. Our full-time engineers push multiple releases a week. Match that pace and this will be the most compressed 6 months of learning in your life.

Were AI-first. Codex, Claude, QA automation - all paid, all available from day 1. We expect engineers to leverage AI to the max, not fight it. If "real engineers dont use AI" is your stance, skip this one.
