Today, Naaptol has dynamically transitioned its focus. While we still maintain a strong streaming presence on traditional TV, we have moved primarily to the digital landscape.

We are constantly innovating in the digital commerce space, creating engaging, high-converting content for modern social platforms.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile and charismatic Anchor cum Producer with a robust background in on-camera presentation to join our digital team. In this dual role, your primary responsibility will be serving as the face of our products, while also working behind the scenes to manage the production process.

Your focus will be generating trendy, high-impact content customized for digital platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. If you know how to perform on camera and understand what it takes to produce a video that actually sells, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY ROLE

- Digital Anchoring: Confidently anchor fast-paced, 1 to 2-minute content specifically tailored for Instagram feeds and influencer-style promotions.
- Acting & Modeling: Perform dynamically in dramatic promotional concepts and serve as the primary model for dedicated product showcase shots.
- Concept Execution: Take a provided script, brief,

or core concept and naturally build highly engaging on-screen content around it that holds audience attention.

02 Production & Content Management

SECONDARY ROLE

- Creative Ownership: Research the assigned products and take charge of the creative vision, ensuring the final output is highly sellable.
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage a condensed production pipeline handle pre-production planning (aesthetics, props), oversee the actual shoot, and coordinate with editors during post-production.
- E-Commerce Integration: Ensure the final video assets and creatives are perfectly aligned with the online product landing page to drive maximum conversions.

What You Will Learn

This role is a unique hybrid of on-screen performance, production, and performance marketing. By working with us, you will receive intensive, hands-on training and insights into:

Who You Are

Must have a proven background or prior experience in anchoring, acting, or on-camera presenting.

Passionate about digital media, social trends, and short-form video formats.

A storyteller who understands that the ultimate goal of commercial content is to sell.
