Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and development activities to optimize and improve analytical methods and techniques of Intermediates and API.
- Design and execute experiments to support method development, qualification, and validation of API.
- Perform analytical testing of drug substances and drug products in support of process development and manufacturing of API.
- Analyse and interpret data using statistical and scientific methods to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Stay current with scientific and regulatory developments through literature review, participation in conferences, and continuing education.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines related to analytical development and testing activities.

Requirements:

- Master's, or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, organic chemistry, or related fields.




- 3-5 years’ Experience in analytical method development for intermediate/API.
- Proficiency in chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, including HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS, and NMR.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, such as ICH and FDA guidance, related to analytical development and validation of API.
- Ability to design and execute experiments, analyse data, and draw conclusions to support drug development API.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write technical reports and present data to cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a GMP setting and knowledge of quality systems, such as change control and deviation management, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
