The Analyst People Operations (Compliance) supports end-to-end HR compliance operations for the
US business by ensuring accurate data management, regulatory adherence, and timely execution of compliance driven processes. The role focuses on monitoring employee compliance, maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports, and supporting audit-ready documentation while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards.
The analyst will be responsible for managing aspects of the HR data, information and document management processing. The role holder will need positive communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
