Analyst - Global Transaction Banking Operations - 2 to 4 Years

We are looking for an Analyst to support transaction banking operations and client servicing for US regional and commercial banking customers. The role involves transaction processing, cash management, payment operations, account maintenance, reconciliations, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and high-quality service delivery.

Location - Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune.

Responsibilities -

1. Facilitate account opening, maintenance, documentation, and onboarding activities for commercial banking customers.
2. Support ACH, wire transfers, loans, deposits, overdrafts, and other banking products.
3. Assist with KYC, AML, CIP, and other regulatory and compliance-related activities.
4. Respond to client queries relating to accounts, payments, treasury services, loans, and digital banking platforms.
5. Perform daily reconciliations across general ledger (GL), settlement, and suspense accounts, identifying and recording variances.
6. Review daily operational reports, including overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB, and CD reports.
7. Participate in audits, quality assurance reviews, and operational control activities.

Requirements -

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial banking or banking operations.
2. Familiarity with commercial lending products and loan servicing processes.
3. Hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA, and AFS Vision.
4. Good understanding of loan, deposit, and retail banking products.
5. A degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
6.



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong written communication and attention to detail.
