Job Role : AMRT Therapist The AMRT Therapist will provide Active Muscle Release Therapy (AMRT) sessions to patients under the guidance and treatment plan prescribed by the Senior Physiotherapist.

The role involves applying appropriate manual therapy techniques to help relieve muscle tightness, reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and support patient recovery.

The selected candidate will receive training in AMRT techniques from Wohlphysio before independently handling sessions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Treatment & Care

- Deliver AMRT sessions according to the prescribed treatment plan and company protocols.
- Apply appropriate manual techniques to address muscle tightness, knots, stiffness, and restricted movement.
- Provide patient-centred care while maintaining comfort, safety, and professional boundaries.
- Communicate with patients about the treatment process and provide basic aftercare instructions.
- Refer any unusual symptoms, concerns, or changes in the patient's condition to the Senior Physiotherapist.

1. Assessment & Coordination

- Understand the patient's treatment requirements based on the assessment and recommendations of the Senior Physiotherapist.
- Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to ensure appropriate treatment delivery.
- Follow the prescribed treatment plan and report patient progress or concerns to the concerned physiotherapist.
- Seek guidance whenever clarification or further clinical direction is required.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and timely records of AMRT sessions.
- Complete patient treatment notes and other required documentation.
- Ensure patient intake forms, consent forms, and session records are completed as per company procedures.
- Report patient feedback, treatment-related concerns, and session updates to the concerned team.

1. Patient Experience & Communication

- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional approach with every patient.
- Explain the AMRT procedure and ensure patient consent before treatment.
- Respect patient privacy, confidentiality, and comfort throughout the session.
- Support patient adherence to the recommended treatment plan and follow-up schedule.

1. Teamwork & Coordination

- Work closely with physiotherapists, branch managers, and other team members.




- Coordinate with the clinic team to support smooth patient scheduling and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving patient experience and service quality.
- Support other branches or team members when required.

1. Quality & Compliance

- Follow AMRT standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, infection-control procedures, and organizational policies.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper preparation of the treatment area and equipment.
- Follow professional and ethical standards while delivering treatment.
- Participate in internal audits, quality improvement initiatives, and performance reviews.
- Attend mandatory training and follow the techniques and standards established by Wohlphysio.

1. Additional Responsibilities

- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, workshops, and community outreach activities when required.
- Support patient education and AMRT service awareness activities.
- Participate in internal training and continuous skill-development programs.
- Contribute to the growth and development of AMRT services across Wohlphysio branches.

Required Qualifications
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in massage therapy or related hands-on bodywork techniques are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with qualifications or training in massage therapy, Ayurveda massage, wellness therapy, or other relevant hands-on therapy fields will be preferred.
- A willingness to learn and follow structured treatment protocols is essential.

Experience
- Freshers with basic massage knowledge and experienced massage therapists may apply.
- Experience in massage centres, wellness centres, sports settings, or healthcare environments will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a genuine interest in learning therapeutic manual techniques are welcome.

Training Provided by Wohlphysio
- Comprehensive in-house training in Active Muscle Release Therapy (AMRT) will be provided to selected candidates.
- Training will cover AMRT techniques, treatment protocols, patient handling, safety procedures, documentation, and professional conduct.




- Candidates will be expected to complete the required training and competency assessment before independently delivering AMRT sessions.

The candidate should be interested in developing skilled skills in therapeutic manual techniques, working as part of a healthcare team, and contributing to positive patient experiences. Important: AMRT training will be provided by Wohlphysio. Candidates must successfully complete the required training and competency assessment and work within the treatment protocols and supervision arrangements established by the organization.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
