Key Responsibilities

- Handle calls from North America customers
- Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate resolutions
- Maintain call quality, adherence, and productivity targets
- Document each interaction correctly in the system
- Escalate complex issues through the proper channels
- Follow company policies, compliance, and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply

• Freshers: Eligible to apply
- Experienced: Minimum 6 months of international voice experience

- Excellent verbal communication in English

• Willingness to work rotational shifts
