Roles & responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for rooftop, ground-mounted, industrial, and commercial solar projects.

- Meet prospective customers to understand their electricity consumption, power requirements, and solar project needs.

- Conduct site assessments to evaluate project feasibility and customer requirements.

- Prepare and present solar proposals, quotations, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations.

- Explain solar solutions, pricing, expected savings, and return on investment to customers.

- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into customers.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned market.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, customer relationship management, and deal closure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
