- Coordinate with clients to understand their air cargo requirements and provide solutions.

- Book space on flights, negotiate rates, and manage shipments from origin to destination.

- Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring flight schedules and tracking shipments.

- Resolve any issues that may arise during transit, such as delays or damages.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or related field.

- Robust knowledge of air imports, air freight, and logistics operations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
