Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AI / Agentic Solution Architect to design and drive the architecture of an enterprise Customer Self-Service platform powered by AI agents and large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agentic AI architecture, SAP AI technologies, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, MCP, and enterprise system integration. The role involves designing intelligent conversational and task-oriented agents that enable customers to independently manage products, services, infrastructure, commercial offerings, and support activities.

Candidates with hands-on experience in SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP Joule, and enterprise-grade AI solution architecture will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive AI and agentic architecture for enterprise customer self-service platforms.
- Design conversational AI agents and task-oriented agents capable of executing end-to-end customer journeys.
- Develop secure integration patterns using MCP (Model Context Protocol), enterprise APIs, tools, and workflows.
- Design agent orchestration, context management, memory, multi-agent collaboration, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP,



and other enterprise platforms.
- Build self-service capabilities for customer onboarding, change requests, product lifecycle management, subscription management, usage analytics, infrastructure requests, and guided troubleshooting.
- Define authentication, authorization, data security, and customer-specific access boundaries for AI agents.
- Establish AI governance, guardrails, observability, evaluation frameworks, and auditability.
- Implement RAG, context engineering, and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Define reusable AI platform capabilities and reference architectures.
- Drive AI solutions from proof of concept and prototyping through production deployment and enterprise adoption.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in AI / Agentic Solution Architecture and LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of SAP AI technologies, preferably SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, and SAP Generative AI Hub.
- Expertise in SAP BTP and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with MCP, tool calling, enterprise APIs, and agent orchestration.
- Understanding of LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, or comparable AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with REST APIs, OData services,



event-driven architecture, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of RAG, context engineering, enterprise knowledge management, and conversational AI.
- Knowledge of identity management, authorization, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and enterprise-scale solution design.

Preferred Experience
- Experience building enterprise AI platforms using SAP AI Core, SAP Generative AI Hub, or SAP Joule.
- Experience designing AI-powered customer portals, B2B self-service platforms, or digital customer experiences.
- Familiarity with subscription-based businesses, commercial consumption management, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience taking agentic AI solutions from prototype to production.
- Ability to define scalable, secure, reusable AI architectures across multiple business use cases.
