Role Purpose The AI Research & Business Analyst will support management by conducting in-depth research, evaluating products and solutions, analysing information from multiple sources, and preparing high-quality reports, presentations, comparisons and business documents using modern AI tools.

The candidate should be highly curious, technology-oriented and capable of independently researching any topic assigned by management and converting complex information into clear, practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed research on business, technology, finance, products, vendors, markets and other topics assigned by management.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, summarisation, comparison and document preparation.
- Research and recommend suitable products, software, equipment, services or solutions based on specific business requirements.
- Compare products based on features, pricing, quality, reliability, reviews, service support and suitability.
- Prepare management-ready research reports and recommendation notes.
- Create comparison tables, evaluation matrices and decision-support documents.
- Prepare business reports, SOPs, policies, presentations, proposals, summaries and structured documents.
- Research competitors, industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify new AI tools that can improve productivity across departments.
- Test and evaluate AI tools for practical business use.




- Support management in vendor and solution evaluation.
- Verify information from reliable sources before presenting recommendations.
- Convert unstructured information into clear findings, risks, options and recommendations.
- Maintain organised research files, sources and reference documents.
- Support ad hoc projects requiring quick research and analysis.
- Assist different departments with AI-enabled documentation and productivity tasks.
- Handle confidential management information responsibly.

Typical Assignments The candidate may be asked to:
- Identify the best software for a specific business requirement.
- Compare multiple vendors or products.
- Research a new business idea.
- Prepare an industry or competitor analysis.
- Study a regulation or business topic and prepare a summary.
- Create an SOP or internal process document.
- Prepare a detailed management report from multiple sources.
- Research technology architecture or AI solutions.
- Identify cost-saving or automation opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and decision notes for management.

Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier or Make will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Management or any relevant discipline.

Qualification is less important than demonstrated research capability, analytical thinking and effective use of AI tools.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in business research, management consulting, analytics, strategy, technology research or executive support will be advantageous.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional AI, research and analytical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹920,000.00 per year
