Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models.

- Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.

- Develop and optimize ML algorithms using Python and relevant libraries.

- Implement AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Work on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, where applicable.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.

- Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize deployment.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for code quality and model monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries,



including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.

- Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.

- Understanding of SQL and database concepts.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and deploying ML models into production environments.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases is an added advantage.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
