We are seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Consultant to join an international organisation on a short-term contract through the end of 2026. The consultant will help identify, evaluate, prototype, and assess AI opportunities within a Finance environment, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

A key objective of this engagement is to explore up-to-date AI capabilities, validate potential use cases, and support the adoption of AI/ML solutions within the organisation.

Project & Team Context

- Focused on evaluating AI tools and capabilities within an enterprise environment
- Collaboration with Finance, business leaders, and technical teams
- Opportunity to influence AI strategy and innovation initiatives

Responsibilities
- Identify and assess high-value AI and machine learning use cases within Finance
- Develop and prototype AI/ML solutions to validate business opportunities
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and development tools
- Build, train, deploy, and optimise machine learning models
- Work with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI solutions
- Provide recommendations on enterprise AI adoption, governance, and scalability
- Support proof-of-concepts and technical assessments

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience withDatabricks, including:
- Notebooks
- MLflow
- Delta Lake

- Proven experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models
- Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, including:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)




- Computer Vision

- Experience with AWS cloud services, including:

- SageMaker
- Bedrock
- Lambda
- S3

- Experience evaluating and prototyping enterprise AI/ML solutions
- Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and consulting skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with emerging AI-powered development tools such as Genie and Kiro
- Experience delivering AI initiatives within Finance environments
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance and adoption frameworks
