About rightkind rightkind is a Bengaluru-based food brand making everyday protein more efficient, enjoyable, and affordable. We manufacture flavoured tofu and fermented yeast protein powders at our in-house facility.

We’re building a modern protein brand and looking for a creative, AI-savvy video creator who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content that builds our brand and drives sales.

What You'll Do

Ideate & Create: Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards for ads and social media.

Shoot & Produce: Film product videos, food content, lifestyle videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

Edit & Elevate: Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

Create with AI: Use Higgsfield AI and other generative AI tools to produce cinematic visuals, AI-generated scenes, and innovative ad creatives.

Drive Performance: Develop creative variations, test different hooks, and work with the marketing team to improve ad performance.

Own the Process: Take projects from concept to final delivery, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

2–4 years of experience in video editing, videography, or content creation.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Higgsfield AI.

Practical experience with AI video or image generation tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.

Strong skills in shooting, lighting, storytelling,



motion graphics, and sound design.

Understanding of short-form content, social media trends, and performance marketing.

A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your work and AI capabilities.

Good to Have

Experience with D2C, FMCG, food, fitness, or lifestyle brands.

Experience creating Meta Ads, UGC-style videos, or conversion-focused creatives.

Understanding of advertising metrics such as CTR, retention, and ROAS.

Work Schedule & Location

On-site role based in Bengaluru.

Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Candidates must be willing to relocate, if required, and reside within 10 km of the office location.

The company will provide or arrange the necessary production equipment and approved software access.

Compensation

₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio, and skills.
