Job Overview

Quest Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an AI Engineer to develop and implement AI-powered applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.

The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in Python, an understanding of modern AI technologies, and an interest in building practical AI solutions. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including fresh graduates with relevant hands-on projects, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Build AI agent workflows and applications using suitable AI frameworks.
- Design and implement RAG-based solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
- Integrate AI models and services through APIs.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Experiment with prompt engineering, AI automation, and multimodal AI applications.
- Test, debug, and optimize AI applications for performance and reliability.




- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Prepare technical documentation and project specifications.
- Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept implementations.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application development.
- Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and FastAPI.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of basic machine learning and natural language processing.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenAI API, Google Gemini, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
- Exposure to AI agent frameworks such as CrewAI or AutoGen.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or other machine learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based projects.

Educational Qualifications A B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
