We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer/Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development.

The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and AI-powered applications.
- Build applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Integrate AI models and third-party AI services into existing applications through APIs.
- Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using enterprise documents and structured or unstructured data.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, document processing, and semantic search.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement evaluation, testing, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms for AI systems.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
- Follow best practices for data security, privacy, responsible AI, and production deployment.




- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or a related field.
- Robust programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience with Machine Learning and AI application development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI models, Gemini, Claude, or open-source alternatives.
- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and LLM API integrations.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git, debugging, testing, and software development best practices.
- Understanding of Docker, cloud deployment, and production application environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience building AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, or Chroma.
- Knowledge of ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with OCR, document intelligence, information extraction, and classification.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Experience implementing AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and model monitoring.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and scalable application architecture.
