Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered customer self-service solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and AI agents, and experience integrating AI solutions with SAP and enterprise platforms.

Candidates with expertise in SAP AI, SAP Joule, SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core, and SAP BTP are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop conversational and task-oriented AI agents for customer self-service.
- Build agentic workflows for customer onboarding, change requests, product lifecycle management, fund management, consumption analysis, and service requests.
- Develop MCP servers, tools, and APIs for secure integration between AI agents and enterprise systems.
- Integrate AI agents with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise backend platforms.
- Implement tool calling, function calling, agent orchestration, context management, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Develop reusable agent frameworks and components for multiple business use cases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and customer-level access controls.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows for sensitive operations and high-impact business decisions.
- Implement AI guardrails, agent tracing, observability, evaluation, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and business teams to deliver customer-facing AI experiences.
- Take AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment using cloud-native development practices.

Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Java, Node.js/TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool/function calling, and agent orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OData APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CAP, and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and secure AI execution.
- Experience with cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, tracing, observability, and responsible AI practices.
