About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to build, deploy, and scale AI agents and intelligent systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and backend data systems and is comfortable working end-to-end—from architecture to production.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create real-world AI solutions (not just demos).

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop AI agents for automation, reasoning, and task execution

● Build LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

● Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases

● Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar)

● Design and manage data using MongoDB and structured/unstructured data stores

● Optimize prompts, embeddings, and agent workflows for performance and accuracy

● Integrate AI systems with APIs, dashboards, and existing products

● Handle deployment, monitoring, and scalability of AI services

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into AI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications





● 3+ years of experience in AI / ML / Backend or AI product development

● Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent architectures

● Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search

● Solid experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning)

● Proficiency in Python (mandatory)

● Experience with APIs, microservices, and backend integrations

● Knowledge of embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Good to Have

● Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

● Knowledge of Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

● Experience building AI agents for CRM, automation, chat, analytics, or workflows

● Understanding of security, data privacy, and AI safety practices
