Role Overview This role designs, develops, and deploys AI powered solutions for approved CareSource work orders within the AI Build Factory. It works closely with the onshore technical lead and remains a dedicated member of the POD team throughout the engagement. The focus is on building enterprise grade GenAI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies, RAG architectures, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.

Required Qualifications GenAI Development: Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI APIs, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Microsoft AI Stack: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Search, Power Automate

Programming Skills: Python, C# and .NET, REST APIs, JSON, API integrations Engineering Practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, software development best practices.

Agile Methodology: Scrum teams, Agile development environments, distributed onshore and offshore delivery models.

Communication: excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to collaborate directly with US based stakeholders and technical teams
