WE’RE HIRING | AI Agent Engineer – LangChain / LangGraph & Voice AI

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 2–4 Years

Budget: Up to ₹16 LPA

Work Mode: In office / Hybrid

We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Engineer with practical experience building LLM-powered agentic workflows and real-time Voice AI applications.

The ideal candidate must have experience with both LangGraph and Voice AI, along with strong Python development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop LLM-powered AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build stateful agent workflows with nodes, edges, conditional routing, checkpointing and persistence.
- Implement short-term, conversational and long-term memory architectures.
- Develop tool-using agents with API integrations, function calling, retrieval and structured outputs.
- Build real-time Voice AI pipelines involving Speech-to-Text (STT), LLM/agent processing and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
- Integrate voice technologies such as OpenAI Realtime, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Google Speech, Azure Speech or Twilio.
- Optimize streaming, latency, interruption handling and conversational context retention.
- Develop backend APIs using Python/FastAPI.
- Implement guardrails, retries, fallbacks, tracing,



evaluation and monitoring.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Hands-on LangChain and LangGraph

Stateful agent workflows, checkpointing and persistence

Real-time Voice AI with STT, LLM and TTS integration

Python and FastAPI or equivalent backend framework

Agent memory, tool calling and context management

Practical experience building and deploying AI applications

Screening Criteria

Candidates must be able to explain a real LangGraph implementation and a real Voice AI project they have personally worked on.
