Role overview The AGM Sales will lead the sales team for MVL Ltd's real estate projects, drive bookings and revenue against targets, and build robust relationships with channel partners and customers. The role reports to senior management and works closely with marketing, CRM and finance.

Key responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets for the assigned projects.

- Lead, train and monitor the sales team; set individual targets and review performance regularly.

- Build and manage the channel partner and broker network (such as dealers and property consultants), including onboarding, incentives and commission settlement.

- Handle key and high-value client negotiations and close bookings.

- Plan lead generation with marketing: site visits, campaigns, events and lead follow-up.

- Track market trends, competitor pricing and demand to guide pricing and sales strategy.

- Ensure booking documentation, payment collection and handover coordination with CRM, legal and accounts.





- Prepare sales MIS, pipeline and forecast reports for management.

- Ensure compliance with company policy and RERA norms in all sales activity.

Requirements

Experience and education

- 10 to 15 years of real estate sales experience, with a proven record of meeting high revenue targets.

- At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team.

- Graduate in any stream; MBA (Sales / Marketing) preferred.

Skills

- Strong network of channel partners and buyers in Delhi NCR, preferably Gurugram.

- Excellent negotiation, closing and presentation skills.

- Team leadership, coaching and target-driven approach.

- Good knowledge of real estate market, RERA and booking process.

- Working knowledge of CRM and MS Excel; good communication in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
