Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agriculture sector role based in Lucknow. The role involves overseeing agricultural production activities, coordinating with suppliers and local stakeholders, and supporting the integration of agricultural inputs with the company’s operational needs.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring crop and livestock-related processes, collecting and analyzing field data, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and preparing reports for management. The role also requires regular communication with internal teams,



support for sales initiatives related to agricultural products, and participation in planning to improve productivity and resource utilization. The position is suited for individuals who can work independently on-site while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Agriculture and Agricultural Production, with experience in field operations or farm management.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with farmers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting production data, assessing risks, and recommending improvements.
- Familiarity with Sales activities related to agricultural inputs or outputs, and ability to support business development efforts.
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic supply chain processes and quality standards in agricultural operations.
- Ability to work on-site in rural and semi-urban settings around Lucknow, with willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Proficiency in using basic digital tools (spreadsheets, reporting software) for documentation and analysis.
