Role Description The Agriculture Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves providing expert guidance on agricultural practices for AI-controlled indoor farming environments and controlled atmosphere systems, with a focus on optimizing crop yield, quality, and resource efficiency.

The consultant will evaluate farm conditions, develop cultivation protocols, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to align AI control strategies with agronomic requirements. Day-to-day activities include conducting field and facility assessments, advising on sustainable agriculture practices,



supporting rural development initiatives where applicable, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of project performance, training client teams on best practices, and staying current with emerging trends in agronomy and smart farming technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Agriculture and Agronomy, with practical experience in crop management and controlled environment or indoor farming.
- Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs, develop tailored recommendations, and communicate complex agricultural concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of Sustainable Agriculture practices, including resource-productive cultivation, environmental stewardship, and climate-resilient farming methods.
- Understanding of Rural Development dynamics and the impact of agricultural innovation on local communities and supply chains.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Experience working with technology-driven or precision agriculture solutions; exposure to automation, sensors, or data-driven farming is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact directly with clients and field staff in office.
- Willingness to travel to farm sites and controlled environment facilities as project needs require.
