Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3-4+ years in BFSI retail sales.
- Team Handling: Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
- Education: MBA preferred; regular/full-time MBA is preferred
- Industry: Life Insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Age: Maximum 34- 35 years.
- Languages: Tamil and English proficiency required.

- Conduct field visits and support the team in business development.
- Maintain good relationships with advisors and customers.
