1. To interact with and monitor the progress of all clients.
2. To counsel all the clients not losing well in co-ordination with the in-house Doctor, and the counselor.
3. To ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales for Aesthetic ,
4. To ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package.
5. To ensure regular follow-up of clients on break to minimize the unexecuted packages.
6. To plan in-house events to keep the clients motivated and come in regularly.
7. To motivate and delegate responsibility to all the Aesthetic staff.
8. To maintain the duty roster of Doctor, Therapists.
9. To conduct regular meeting with the staff for sorting out grievances and taking suggestions for improvement.
10.



To ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff, machine and the Aesthetic section.

Terms we don’t have any leave policy only week offs available

No week off on weekends week off on weekdays (Monday to Friday, any one day)

we will take two years commitment, we are expecting long time commitment with us

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
