About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AEM + AI Native Associate Tech Architect to lead end-to-end AEM solution architecture and drive AI-integrated, production-grade digital experience solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-integrated or agentic solutions in production.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end AEM architecture, component libraries, content models, MSM topology, and integrations.
- Design and govern AEMaaCS architecture, Oak indexes, Dispatcher strategies, and Cloud Manager pipelines.
- Architect AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS)



and hybrid digital experience solutions.
- Define LLM integration patterns, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-provider fallback strategies.
- Establish AI-assisted development standards using GitHub Copilot and Claude.
- Lead technical design sessions, client discussions, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Drive AI governance, observability, performance optimization, and cost management.

Required Technical Skills

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Architecture
- AEMaaCS, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi/Felix, Java and JavaScript
- AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Universal Editor and Dispatcher
- LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic and Vertex AI
- RAG and agentic frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen
- LLMOps, prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks and AI observability
- Python, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices and CI/CD
- Adobe platform APIs: AEM, Firefly, AEP and AJO
