We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Advocate specializing in Real Estate and Property Law to manage legal matters related to land acquisition, property documentation, legal verification, registration, and real estate transactions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, verifying property ownership, preparing legal documents, and providing legal support to the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Verify land ownership documents, title deeds, parent documents, and encumbrance certificates.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land purchases and real estate development projects.
- Review and verify sale deeds, sale agreements, joint development agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Handle property registration, documentation, and legal formalities.
- Check land records, patta, chitta, survey details, and other applicable revenue records.
- Coordinate with government departments, registration offices, revenue authorities, and other legal professionals.
- Assist with land acquisition, property transfers, and real estate transactions.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on property-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, RERA requirements, and local planning regulations.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and documentation related to property matters.
- Coordinate with clients,



landowners, builders, developers, and internal teams.
- Maintain legal records and ensure the timely completion of documentation.
- Support the company in resolving legal issues related to land and property development.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and property documentation.
- Experience in title verification and legal due diligence.
- Knowledge of sale deeds, agreements, and land registration procedures.
- Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with government authorities and registration offices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of applicable RERA regulations and local property laws.

Eligibility Criteria
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the relevant State Bar Council.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate or property law preferred.
- Experience in land documentation, title verification, and property registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local land and registration procedures is preferred.
