We’re Hiring: Adobe Workfront Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our Workfront platform, helping teams streamline project management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Job Details

- Experience: 5–7 years of overall experience
- Workfront Administration: 2–3 years preferred
- Shift: EMEA (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
- Contract Duration: 4 months
- Start Date: ASAP
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and optimize the Adobe Workfront platform.
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and clients to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Design, test, and implement workflow automations, custom rules, templates, and process enhancements.
- Manage request queues, project templates, custom forms and fields, layout templates, milestones, approvals, teams, groups, and statuses.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, portfolios, programs, and notifications.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, profiles, and audits.
- Configure system updates, enhancements, and changes related to upgrades.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with product support teams when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and overall platform efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and customization.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools and process optimization.
- Experience with Workfront configuration, templates, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and approvals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality.
