We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team at PIE Builders & Developers. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding civil engineering students and graduates toward our specialized professional courses, training programs, and software certifications designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counseling & Guidance: Interact with civil engineering students, graduates, and professionals (via phone, email, and in-person) to understand their career goals and recommend appropriate institute courses.
- Lead Conversion & Management: Handle incoming inquiries from digital campaigns, social media, and walk-ins, converting prospective leads into enrolled students.
- Course Presentation: Clearly explain course curricula, software training modules (such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, BIM, and structural design), fee structures, and placement benefits.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication with prospective students through structured follow-ups, resolving queries,



and building lasting academic relationships.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, admissions data, and follow-up schedules using management systems.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: A background in Civil Engineering (Diploma, B.Tech, or equivalent) is strongly preferred and will be given priority.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Telecaller, Academic Counselor, or Education Sales Executive (preferably within EdTech, technical training, or educational institutions).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, and patient approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms for daily coordination.
