Job Summary:

Guide prospective students in choosing the right online degree programs based on their academic background and career goals while driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable online degree programs.
- Counsel students on courses, universities, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into enrolments and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Support students throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, education counselling, or online degree counselling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented mindset and robust customer-handling skills.
