Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor / Student Counsellor for a reputed educational institute in Hisar, Haryana.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, student counselling, telecalling, lead follow-up and admission conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
- Convert student enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
- Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits and demo classes.
- Maintain accurate student enquiry and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.





Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Customer Support.
- Candidates with experience in educational institutes, coaching centres, EdTech or service industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing, counselling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Ability to handle student enquiries and achieve admission targets.
- Graduate preferred.
