Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or a related field).

- Certifications: Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Counselling.

- Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience or knowledge in Human Psychology and Student Counselling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust ability to mentor, guide, and counsel students effectively.

- Experience: Prior experience in counselling or mentoring is preferred.
