- Handle new student enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and other sources.

- Call all assigned leads through TeleCRM.

- Explain IT courses, curriculum, duration, eligibility, fees, and batch schedules.

- Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals.

- Explain career opportunities in Database Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.

- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.

- Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions, and institute visits.

- Collect feedback after demo classes and follow up for admission conversion.

- Handle student objections related to fees, course selection, and career opportunities.

- Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.

- Explain approved fee structures, discounts, and installment options.

- Collect admission forms, student details, and required documents.

- Coordinate fee payments with the accounts team.

- Share admission confirmation, LMS login details, and batch information with enrolled students.

- Update every lead's status,



call remarks, and follow-up date in TeleCRM.

- Maintain accurate lead records and avoid duplicate or incomplete entries.

- Ensure no assigned lead is left unattended.

- Coordinate with marketing, trainers, and branch management teams.

- Support student onboarding and resolve admission-related queries.

- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.

- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students.

- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance reports.

- Track calls, connected leads, follow-ups, demo attendance, admissions, and fee collections.

- Maintain skilled communication and a positive student experience.

- Follow institute policies regarding attendance, punctuality, reporting, and data confidentiality.

- Ensure all admission and fee collection records are accurate and up to date.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
