We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations, billing, invoicing, banking, and basic accounting activities for an automobile accessories wholesale distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Handle banking-related activities, payment follow-ups, and basic account reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and outstanding payment records.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.




- Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, billing, or accounting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, banking, and accounting processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Tally or billing software is an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, professional, responsible, and well-organised.
- Educational qualifications are flexible; practical experience will be prioritised.
- Preference for candidates seeking long-term employment.
