Key Responsibilities ● Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. ● Understand student requirements and provide information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process. ● Counsel students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions. ● Follow up regularly with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp. ● Schedule and conduct counselling sessions, campus visits, and admission meetings. ● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. ● Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. ● Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process. ● Build robust relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey. ● Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update the CRM/lead tracker.
