Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership : Supervise and lead maintenance staff, technicians, and facility personnel, ensuring accountability, motivation, and performance standards.
- Facility & Equipment Oversight : Manage the upkeep of office facilities, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
- Vehicle Record Management : Maintain accurate records of company vehicles, including operational status, location, servicing schedules, and maintenance history.
- Reporting & Coordination : Provide timely reports on vehicle availability and readiness; coordinate with drivers and service teams to resolve issues affecting fleet performance.
- Inspection & Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure facilities, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
- Procurement Management : Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely availability.
- Project Integration :



Collaborate with project teams to integrate maintenance requirements into project plans, ensuring smooth workflow transitions.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative : Address operational issues proactively, implement preventive measures, and suggest innovative solutions.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Cost Control : Monitor and manage expenses related to maintenance and procurement, optimize resource utilization, and enforce budgetary discipline.
- Contractual Labour Management, Contract Management, Third part compliance
- Solid knowledge of Labour Law & Compliance, Statutory Compliance , POSH Policy, Conflict Management, Discipline Management, Legal Representation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
