Job Summary
Responsible for conducting adventure activities safely, assisting guests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise adventure activities as per company safety standards.
- Provide transparent instructions and safety briefings to guests before each activity.
- Ensure guests follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain activity equipment regularly.
- Assist guests during activities and provide proper guidance.
- Report equipment damage, safety hazards, and incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the activity area.
- Ensure proper use of safety equipment, including helmets, harnesses, and other protective gear, wherever required.
- Coordinate with the Activity Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in adventure parks or outdoor activities is an advantage.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor duties.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
