? ROLE 1: Pricing - Non Life
? Experience: 9 to 14 Years
? Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pricing and portfolio management across multiple P&C; insurance portfolios
- Build and maintain robust pricing models aligned with business goals
- Develop data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and sufficiency
- Drive innovation by improving models using recent data and analytical techniques
- Communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and manage project deliverables
Skills & Tools:
- Deep experience in GLMs , machine learning , and pricing model development
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Emblem, Radar, or similar pricing software
- R, Python, SAS, SQL, VBA
- Advanced Excel
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder handling skills
- Experience working in international teams preferred
