Responsibilities : -

- Follow threeway matching in Accounts Payable.

- Process PO and NonPO invoices for materials, services, and advance payments.

- Ensure compliance with DOA (Delegation of Authority) for approvals and adhere to payment terms as per PO/LOA.

- Perform vendor account reconciliations.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for Accounts Payable.

- Prepare and follow up on weekly Hold Reports with business users.

- Ensure monthly closure of pending GR/IR.

- Settle advances and follow up with business users for invoice submissions where work/services have been completed.

- Ensure compliance and accuracy related to GST, TDS, and accounting standards, including passing correction entries where required.

- Process MSME vendor invoices on a timely basis and ensure no penal interest is incurred due to delays.

- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders/endusers to resolve invoicerelated queries.





- Maintain a structured communication log to track query status, resolution timelines, and recurring issues.

- Handle highvolume invoice processing, with a target of 80100+ invoices per day through VIM.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

- Solid knowledge of accounting entries.

- Ability to apply TDS and GST provisions correctly.

- Understanding of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) under GST.

- Adjustment of advances and compliance with PO terms, including retentions, liquidated damages, and bank guarantees.

- Knowledge of eligible and ineligible GST credits and validation of vendor invoices.

- Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliations and payment workings.

- Understanding of MSME provisions and implications of noncompliance with MSME regulations.
