We are looking for a sharp, proactive, numbers-oriented and detail-focused Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & Qualified Tax (PT) compliance and filings.
- Handle GST reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Manage outstanding receivables/payables and follow up for timely closure.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit activities.
- Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and maintain audit documentation.
- Verify invoices, expenses, purchase/sales entries and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support cash-flow monitoring, expense tracking and basic financial analysis.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
