About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage customer outstanding, vendor invoice processing, payment management, account reconciliation, and statutory compliance, payment follow-ups, credit control, and collection activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry and be comfortable coordinating with customers as well as internal Operations and Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer outstanding and payment follow-ups.
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of dues.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
- Prepare and analyze debtor ageing reports.
- Monitor Accounts Payable aging and outstanding liabilities.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, VAT, and other applicable tax regulations
- Prepare AP reports and MIS as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts.
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes
- Valuable communication, follow-up and Excel skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
