JOb Timing : 9:30 to 6:30 [Monday to Saturday]

Salary: 5 LPA - 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Finalization: Complete books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, P&L;, Balance Sheet, trial balance and monthly/yearly closing.
- GST Compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, GSTR-9/9C (as applicable), ITC reconciliation, multi-state GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills and GST notices.
- TDS & Taxation: TDS deductions, payments, quarterly returns, income tax, tax audits and statutory compliance.
- Cash Flow & Fund Management: Daily cash flow, working capital, bank balances, fund planning, payment scheduling and cash-flow forecasting.
- E-commerce Accounting: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Blinkit and Shopify sales, settlement, commission, TCS/TDS, returns and payment reconciliation.
- Inventory & Costing: Stock valuation, COGS, purchase accounting, GRN, inventory reconciliation and profitability analysis.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Vendor reconciliation,



outstanding payments, expense verification and payment controls.
- Financial MIS & Reporting: Daily/weekly/monthly MIS, budgets, variance analysis, channel-wise P&L; and profitability reports.
- Audit & Compliance: Statutory audits, financial documentation, internal controls, compliance calendars and coordination with CA.
- Team Management: Supervise the accounts team, implement SOPs and ensure timely, accurate reporting to management.

Mandatory Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel and financial finalization .
- Experience handling multiple GST registrations and e-commerce marketplace accounting.
- Ability to independently manage complete accounts, cash flow, taxation and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, accountability and team leadership.
