Role & responsibilities:

- Any exp with 1-2 years of relevant work experience as it would be Data entry role.

- Finance background with basic understanding of procurement, additional O2C, P2P experience works.

- Experience in Direct Procurement will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to communicate professionally with client stakeholders and suppliers via email.

- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and validation skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Willingness to work in different shifts based on business requirements, including night shifts.

Preferred candidate profile:





- Validate client requests by reviewing all relevant information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.

- Analyze each request to understand the nature and scope of the required changes.

- Create current Purchase Orders (POs) or update existing POs in the client application based on the clients requirements.

- Ensure all PO transactions are completed with a high level of accuracy and within the expected timelines.

- Coordinate with client stakeholders and suppliers through email to clarify requirements and support timely completion of requests.
