Hiring: Accountant – CA Firm

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and expertise in GST return filing and compliance. The role also requires regular client visits for accounting and taxation-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and ledger entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalisation support.
- Assist with GST compliance, tax documentation, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Visit client locations 2–3 times per week for accounting, GST, and documentation-related work.




- Support the CA and team with financial statements, reports, and other accounting assignments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of client accounting and compliance work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Practical experience in GST return preparation and filing.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliations.
- Strong client coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits 2–3 times per week.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines independently.

Compensation Salary up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
