Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle transactions, and support the finance and business operations of Thanvi Boutique.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and business transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain accurate records of cash and digital transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure the accuracy of all accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation is preferred.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel is preferred.
