About the Role

AR Robotics India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, banking, inventory, payroll and financial reporting for our IT, AV, display and robotics business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime/ERP, including sales, purchase, journal, payment and receipt vouchers, plus debit/credit notes
- Prepare and assist with GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), GSTR-2B/ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills
- Handle TDS, advance tax and other statutory compliance, and coordinate with the CA/auditor
- Prepare quotations, POs, proforma and tax invoices, and delivery challans
- Manage bank reconciliation, payments, collections, and receivable/payable ageing
- Maintain inventory records and reconcile physical stock with Tally
- Track project-wise income, costs and profitability,



including GeM and government order billing
- Process payroll, PF/ESI, TA/DA and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly P&L;, trial balance, MIS and audit support reports

Requirements

- B.Com preferred (M.Com or other accounting qualifications are an advantage)
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel (formulas, lookups, reconciliation)
- Practical experience with GST, TDS, payroll, PF/ESI and inventory accounting
- Experience in project-based business, IT hardware, trading or system integration preferred
- Knowledge of GeM documentation and government billing is a plus
- Accurate, organised and deadline-driven, with strong integrity and confidentiality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
