Position Overview

SVTN Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
- Manage GST, TDS,



and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor project-related expenses, vendor payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and adherence to applicable regulations.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Construction or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
