The ideal candidate should have experience in retail billing, basic accounting knowledge, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage daily operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare daily invoices and bills for retail, wholesale customers, and hotels.

- Maintain daily accounts, sales records, and basic bookkeeping.
- Update and maintain product rate cards regularly.
- Manage product pricing and rate updates on online ordering platforms.
- Handle customer bills, payment records, and basic account reconciliation.
- Manage online orders and related platform activities.
- Assist with day-to-day office administration and documentation.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and pricing.

Qualifications &

Requirements - Education: Any Degree / Diploma / ITI with basic accounting knowledge.

- Experience: 1–2 years in retail or wholesale billing/accounting preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and online portals.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and understanding skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage assigned tasks independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to business requirements.
