We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization's financial and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting software, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Maintain general ledgers and verify accounting entries.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

- Assist in GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

- Monitor GST input tax credit and reconcile purchase records with GSTR-2B.

- Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.

- Support income tax return preparation and other statutory compliance activities.





- Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.

- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with applicable accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.

- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive communication, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
