Mid-Level Accountant

Location: Kesinga, Odisha

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and update financial entries.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal teams as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Experience in the cashew, food processing, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
